Every action taken during a maintenance procedure is captured with verifiable evidence—photos, videos, sensor readings, GPS coordinates, and device metadata—creating documentation that stakeholders across the maintenance ecosystem can trust.
How Pruved Works
Pruved operates in three stages:
1. Define
OEMs encode maintenance procedures into structured protocols. Each step specifies what evidence is required, what tolerances apply, and what conditions trigger branching logic. Protocols are versioned and traceable.
2. Execute
Technicians use the Pruved field app to execute protocols step by step. The app guides them through the workflow, capturing evidence as work happens. Works fully offline—syncs when connectivity returns.
3. Verify
Every execution record is cryptographically sealed. Stakeholders can review the complete chain of evidence—timestamped, geotagged, and tamper-resistant. Perfect for audits, compliance, and dispute resolution.
